• Natural Hillside Integration: The entire structure is designed to follow the land’s topography, creating a long, exciting ride that feels integrated with nature.
• Safe Launch Platform: A sturdy, flat platform at the top allows staff to safely manage the launch of riders and control traffic.
• Wide Buffer & Return Zones: The design incorporates wide turf buffer zones (as seen in green) and dedicated space for tire storage and return.

Material & Craftsmanship (Steel Frame & Wood Base Standard)

This structure is built to be both incredibly strong and highly adaptable to natural terrain.

1. Galvanized Steel Foundation: The primary structure is a heavy-duty Q235 Galvanized Steel frame. The frame is anchored to the ground and expertly welded to follow your land’s natural contour, providing a solid foundation.
2. Anti-Corrosion Wood Plank Base: As shown in the detailed images, the steel frame supports a robust sub-base made of Solid Anti-Corrosion Wood Planks. This base is durable, weather-resistant, and offers excellent adaptability to the slope, providing a smooth, solid surface for the mats.
3. High-Performance Dry Ski Mats: We use UV-stabilized, all-weather PP/PE interlocking dry ski mats. These modular, colorful tiles are engineered for the perfect “slip-factor” for dry tubes, ensuring a fast and exciting ride.
