In December 2025, we successfully upgraded a popular attraction for a major water resort in Malaysia. The “Swinging Bridge” has become a viral sensation on social media, known for testing tourists’ balance and teamwork. To handle the increasing visitor traffic, we implemented a significant material upgrade.

Material Innovation: Lighter and Stronger

The key to this project was the enhancement of the protective wrapping material on the bridge’s edges.

• Advanced Material Selection: We replaced the traditional covering with a newly developed high-performance leather. This new material is significantly lighter in weight than previous versions, reducing the overall load on the bridge cables without compromising safety.
• Enhanced Durability: Despite being lighter, the new skin offers superior durability. It is specifically engineered to withstand the intense tropical sun and constant moisture of the water park environment, resisting peeling and fading far better than standard materials.

• Safety First: The wrapping provides essential cushioning. The new material’s texture also offers better abrasion resistance, ensuring that the safety padding remains intact even after thousands of visitors have scrambled across (or fallen off!) the bridge.
